- Goals and Sessions: Each term, we strive to write goals and prepare for upcoming sessions. We encourage you to provide input at any time about your specific goals or skills you’d like to focus on. We acknowledge that the time we have during sessions may feel limited, but we’re committed to discussing better and more consistent ways to gather your feedback and integrate it into each session.
- Survey Highlights: Some participants rated aspects of the service with a 3 or 4, particularly around:
- Independence in working on goals
- Feeling listened to and understood
- Communication about appointment changes
- Upholding individual rights
These are all important points, and we aim to address them. Our goal is always to meet you where you’re at and help nurture your next steps in a positive, respectful way. We understand that sessions sometimes get divided into parts to meet different needs, and while this works well at times, we’re aware it can also cause some challenges.
- Commitment to Improvement: We are dedicated to adapting and evolving, ensuring that every session is a chance to #beyourbest. We will continue to grow alongside you and work to meet your individual needs, striving for clear communication, consistency, and ensuring that everyone feels supported.
- Looking Ahead: We shared Spring event details further in advance to give families ample time to plan. As for December and January events, we’ll provide more details in November. AquaAccess4All will be closed from December 20th to January 9th, with activities, camps, and community/home supports resuming after that.
