- Propulsion and kicking, supported as needed

We welcome and encourage participant, family and advocate feedback and updates prior to starting the session.
HOW DO I ARRANGE A SESSION/SPOT?
CONTACT US and we will respond to discuss availability and to begin the enrolment process.
A collection of forms and handbook make up the enrolment package that will need to be completed. Usually this can take a few weeks to arrange and, as part of the introduction to Aquaaccess4all, we love to meet and greet all our new members before we enter the pool.
For the safety of you as a participant and for our staff, all enrolment and orientation forms, a service agreement and information sharing is done prior to splashing into the water. This ensures that we can cater to your needs from the very first session.
HOW MUCH IS A SESSION?
Aquaaccess4all fees are based on the current NDIS price guide and entry to facility. In order to support the community, social participation we have two fee schedules which can be outlined to you in a separate PDF document or a specific quote can be provided for planning and review meetings.
At the moment, Aquaaccess4all is able to support NDIS participants that self manage or are plan managed. Invoices are issued after the session and do not incur any GST.
Fully self funded independent paying participants are also welcome.
WHAT SAFETY PROCESSES ARE IN PLACE?
All of our instructors are AUSTSWIM certified, this means that we all have current CPR certification and many of us hold first aid qualifications as well.
Aquaaccess4all holds swim school insurance with IME, a policy that has professional indemnity and public liability.
We adhere to the code of conduct within the NDIS space and all support staff have a police check and current working with childrens’ checks. The soon to be NDIS Worker’s Screening check will take the place of above checks in the coming year, when re registration is updated by each team member.
If the participant you are enquiring about has specific needs, we can discuss a risk management and emergency plan.
